When geofora opens its doors in Hof on 21 and 22 June 2012, interested members of the public and professionals will have an opportunity to obtain a wide range of information about drilling technology, well construction, water extraction and geothermics. The combination of trade fair and congress underlines the practical orientation and the communicative nature of the event. It is all about exchanging the latest knowledge from technology, engineering and science.

Why meet in Hof? The venue is a conscious choice. In recent years the Bavarian town of Hof has purposely developed into a nationally renowned centre of expertise in water and the environment. The University of Applied Sciences in Hof provides courses for upcoming environmental engineers, and the “Hof Water Competence Network” draws together numerous activities and partners of the industry in one place. These factors combine to make Hof the ideal venue.

Tickets for the trade fair

The tickets entitle the holder to visit the trade fair on the interior and exterior sections of the Freiheitshalle Hof. All tickets are available at the cash desks.
