It pays to be quick off the mark. All participants who register for geofora 2012 in Hof by 15 December 2011 will receive a discount of 15% on the congress attendance fee. Please use the official registration form. Registration is binding. As the number of participants is limited, registrations will be processed on a first come, first serve, basis.

Attendance fee

498,- EUR | plus German VAT (EUR 592.62) for members of figawa/rbv
580,- EUR | plus German VAT (EUR 690.20) for non-members

Booking individual events

The planned individual events, i.e. Well construction (B), Drilling technology (BT), Water extraction (WG), Geothermics (G) and the scientific congress (W), can be booked separately or in combination – possibly with some restrictions in additional services. Details will follow soon!

Cancellation

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. For cancellations made up to seven days before the event begins a fee of EUR 25 will be charged. Participants cancelling after this date will be required to pay the full attendance fee. A replacement attendee may be named without extra charge.

Certificate

A certificate confirming participation at either the entire congress or individual combinations of events will be issued in accordance with figawa/DVGW Code of Practice W 120.

After registration …

Once you have registered either in writing (by post or fax) or online, we will send you a confirmation of your registration. You will receive a voucher for the trade fair that counts as an admission ticket to geofora, either with this confirmation or when you arrive and check in. You can also collect your conference documentation from the conference office when you arrive.
